The products are not delivered to Åland or outside the borders of the Finnish state. Product prices include VAT (24%). We only accept euros as payment currency. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. The prices stated on the website are only valid in the online store and may differ from the prices in our store and the recommended prices of the manufacturers.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will send you an order confirmation by email. In connection with the order, the customer has the opportunity to log in to the website via a link sent by e-mail. Contact and personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
3. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Products and their delivery costs are paid in connection with the order.

Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and settles it with the merchant. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
4. DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY COSTS

NOTE: The delivery time of the order is 2 working days - 3 weeks, depending on the stock status of the products. For products, preliminary information on the stock status of the product is provided. Orders placed on weekdays will be delivered centrally for delivery the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
PICK UP NEAREST POST / MAIL PACKAGE MACHINE
We deliver orders as a package to the recipient for pick-up at the nearest Post office or at the selected Posti parcel machine. Free storage time at the Post Office and parcel machine is 7 days. The recipient will be sent an arrival notification by text message and, if necessary, a reminder message by e-mail.
PICK UP THE NEAREST TRAVEL SERVICE OFFICE / TRAVEL SERVICE PICK UP
We deliver the orders as a package to the recipient for collection at the nearest Matkahuolto office or at the selected Matkahuolto pick-up point. The free storage period is 14 days. The recipient will be notified of the arrival by text message or, in the absence of a number, by letter.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time of receipt of the package, with certain exceptions. The right of cancellation does not apply to products ordered separately according to the customer's wishes. The right of cancellation means that the products can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. The product must be unused and packaged in its original packaging and must be unused and salable in order for the price of the product to be refunded. To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous manner (e.g., by email or message) within 14 days of receiving the product. You can use the return form or state at least the following: the name of the subscriber, the order number and the information of the product to be returned. A completed return form must be included in the product return package, even if the right of withdrawal has been announced in a separate notice. If the contract is canceled, we will refund all payments received for the contract, including delivery costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a more expensive delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the products are returned to us. We will make the refund using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no cost to the customer.
Private customers can return the products free of charge by mail as a Customer Return. Fill in the return form that came with the delivery, pack the form and the product in their original packaging, glue the return sticker that came with the order on top of the package.
E-commerce products have no right of exchange. If you want to change the size or product, you must return the original products and place a new order.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.
I2W Oy reserves the right of ownership of the product until the product has been paid in full.
6. PROBLEMS IN TRANSPORT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately. If the product is damaged during shipment, we hope the customer will take pictorial evidence.
Problems due to normal wear and tear, improper use of the product or failure to follow the care instructions do not justify a complaint. In case of doubt, the complained products will be delivered to the manufacturer, so processing usually takes 1-3 weeks.
In the event of a clear manufacturing defect, we will deliver the replacement product immediately.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and other information on the pages. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.
